Alyrin considered this for a moment

"Fair point" he acknowledged with a nod of the head.

"So.. what are you guys doing now?" he asked

Titania shrugs. ''Gotta keep ya living, don't we?'' She said. ''Well Luna i believe has to see her boyfriend and I am going to be most likely alone.'' She replied with a tilt of her head. ''What about you?'' She asks softly.

"I'll be alone as well" Alyrin replied softly

"I don't really have a girlfriend" he continued.

''Alone can be good...Mostly when you're insane like me.'' Titania comments. ''You're a young kid, you have a while yet.'' She chuckles, watching Luna rush out of the room with her equipment. ''Bye Lu!'' She shouts out and turns back to Alyrin.

Alyrin chuckles "I'm definitely insane.."

He looks at Titania "So.. you like working out and swordplay?"

He shifts awkwardly for a second

Titania tilts her head. ''I'm a psychopath, Alyrin.'' She says. ''Yeah i do. More than Luna actually.'' She notes the awkward shifting and tilts her head. ''What's the matter? You seem..awkward?'' She asks.

"I'm fine" Alyrin says rather quickly

"How long have you been doing swordplay?" he asks, curious.

Titania frowns. ''No you are not. You shifted awkwardly and you answered my question pretty fast. What is wrong, Alyrin?'' She asks again, a sternness vibrating in her silk like voice.

She tilts her head, thinking about it. ''Hm. I've always loved weapons...I've been hunting with my father since i was six. So i guess around the same time.'' She thinks it through and nods. ''Yeah i was six. Since when have you been interested in it?'' She asks.

"Don't worry, I'm just a little shy, is all" Alyrin smiles.

"I only got into weapons quite recently. I've been working out quite a lot, and most of the fights I've done in my life have been with fists. I've only used a knife once before...."

He fell silent, remembering what he had needed to do back when he was around six years old.

"And since it was a spur of the moment thing, I didn't have too much time to worry about the technique"

Titania rolled her eyes. ''A shy lion? How odd and trust me, i wasn't worrying.'' She smirked. ''Let me guess...You saw Luna and she began ranting about weapons? She did the same with me only to realize i do more training than her.'' She narrowed her eyes and remembered what Luna says. ''Forget the past, Alyrin. You have homes now. I certainly have forgotten mine.'' She traces the scars on her wrists and puts the lollipop in her mouth only to take it back out again. ''Well some fights can be a spur of the moment sort of thing. You'll need to worry about that.'' She said, putting the lollipop back in.

Alyrin smiled.

"Yep. Well, actually, I met Luna and she was training, then she started ranting about weapons.."

"But then I realised it might actually be quite nice to learn how to fight with weapons..."

"Do you play Quidditch?" he asked her

Titania nods. ''Yeah...She tries to get as much time free so she can train. Salazar knows what for. She'll never tell me...'' She says thoughtfully.

''Learning how to fight is great in my opinion but hunting is certainly better.'' She says with pride. ''No i don't...I love flying but i can't stand working in a team. Being with people causes my mind to tell me to do things...'' She mutters softly. ''Do you?'' She asks curious.

Alyrin paused for a while

"I generally prefer being alone, but I don't mind it too much, I guess" he said.

"And what sort of things does your mind tell you to do?" he asks softly

Titania tilts her head. ''I know you do. Luna told me.'' She pauses for a while and sucks on her lollipop for a little bit. ''Hurt people, kill people, watch their blood drop on the floor, mess with people's heads...Shit like that.'' She explains as if what she's just said was completely normal.

Alyrin looks at her thoughtfully.

"Hmm... I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you think about it, as many individual parts make a whole, you can also separate a whole entity into its substituent parts"

"For instance, the Ministry of Magic. You consider it as one organisation. There's a whole range of people there with different opinions on matters to different degrees. But you only notice the actions of the whole of the Ministry of Magic"

"My point is, if you split your personality into several small and distinct identities, you'll inevitably find there are nice thoughts and there are darker thoughts there."

"You seem really confident about yourself. I have thoughts like that too, random impulses to punch people sometimes, no reason for it. I always have to have an internal battle within myself... why I get a lot of random headaches"

"I half wonder what my own blood looks like" he smiles jokingly "Hopefully I can name its hue Tarbeck Red"

Titania tilted her head. ''You're a smart kid, Alyrin. I have no nice thoughts. I'm just dark through and through.'' She explains. ''Of course i'm confident. I've lived a life where my parents hate me and are scared of me. It builds up your confidence knowing that.'' She frowns. ''I take potions to stop the headaches...That's why i always have these lollipops. They're laced with the potions.'' She explained with a shrug.

''All blood looks the same...they flow and fall the same.'' She chuckles lightly. ''There was a time where i thought my blood was black like my heart...so i checked.'' She lifted up her sleeves where long scars were etched. ''My blood is red like everyone else and i realized that's probably the only thing i have in common with all of these people...These normal boring people.'' She narrowed her eyes looking around.

"You may be dark through and through" said Alyrin "But you're also a beautiful person. Inside, where it matters"

"I've only known you for a few minutes and already I can see that"

"I lived my earlier life on the streets" he confesses "I too had to be confident quite a lot of the time.."

Titania fought a blush at his compliment and frowns. ''Flattering gets a person nowhere, Alyrin.'' She chuckles lightly. ''You don't know me completely...No one does. Not even Luna and she's my only friend.'' She muses with a tilt of her head. She listens and nods. ''Luna told me...Be confident and live. Be scared and weak all the time..die.'' She says thoughtfully.

Alyrin ponders this thoughtfully

"That's fair advice" he says finally "Only if you're confident will you actually be able to do things"

"I'd also like to be your friend" he adds.

Titania frowns for a split second. ''Exactly...If you're confident, you can do everything.'' She muses. ''Why would you like to be my friend? No one but Luna wishes to be my friend.'' She asks, frowning.

"Because I want some friends here too" said Alyrin.

"Luna's also my only friend here" he confessed.

"And I like chatting with you" he added

Titania frowns. ''I never said i wanted friends...I like being alone.'' She nods. ''Luna used to be like us, Aly...Alone all the time. Her boyfriend helped her with that.'' She then tilts her head. ''Hm i suppose i like chatting with you too. It's a change. I ain't used to change but hey...sometimes it's a good thing.'' She adds.

Alyrin nodded to her

"We all have to bow down to change sometimes" he said "It's the only certainty in life"

"And I'm flattered" he grins

Titania chuckled lightly. ''I do not bow down. I like to make myself more superior than everyone else so show i am not weak and easily breakable.'' She admits with ease. ''As you should be, Aly. I ain't one to enjoy conversations but i must admit, i am enjoying this one.''

"I suppose I should, Nia. It would definitely be about time... Can I call you Nia, by the way?" Alyrin asks

"And yeah, I'm kind of enjoying the conversation too" he smiles.

Titania nods her head chuckling. ''Yeah ya can. Just don't call me Titan. My psycho side would come out and hurt you...I can't let that happen.'' She says softly. ''Better be or i'd have to make more of an effort...'' She shrugs, unwrapping another blood red lollipop and placing it in her mouth.

Alyrin shrugs

"I see" he smiles.

"Sure glad it's an interesting conversation then"
