Victimized (Malphas/Chase) (R)

Finally released from the hospital the first thing Chase wanted to do was search for christmas gifts for her family. At the news of a new sister...well cousin, she was eager to head to Diagon Alley on her own and find her some gifts. Walking down a narrow alley she made her way to a hole in the wall bookstore she loved.

Entering Diagon Alley, Malphas strolled through it, many people greeting him, some knew him from the many times he and Bruce came there, others knew him just because of who he was, and others knew him because of the fact they saw him back when he was at the train to go to Hogwarts. Nonetheless, nearly everyone spoke towards him. He had came to gather the presents he needed. One for his father, one for Emrys, one for his mother, another one for Magnus, one for Maryia, and one for Atticus, kinda saying sorry for what he did. First up, he'd get a book in latin for Maryia because he knew she was trying to learn the language.

Climbing the stairs into the darkened bookstore the gryffindor girl began to wander the stacks, the bell over the door signalled someones entrance but she hardly paid it mind as she picked up a book was lost to its pages.

Entering the bookstore, Malphas yawned and quickly turned to his left. Ripping a few books off their shelf he walked with them in hand until he bumped into someone, making them all fall down. "Hey, you're not supposed to just be standing around," he hissed though not too loudly.

"Well your not supposed to be knocking it into every person you see you dumbass" she turned and her eyes widened with fear, her neck was bandaged from the last time she had seen this person "M..mal" she stammered.

Malphas was about to respond, probably violently, when he noticed whom he was speaking with. "Oh this is just a treat," he hummed and then grabbed her arms, making her let go off the book, and pinning her against the shelf. Approaching seemingly with the intention to kiss her, he instead leaned his head down to her neck, "Take them off," he ordered her, referring to the bandages.

She shook with fear "p..please dont hurt me.."

"Take...them...off," he ordered again whispering into her neck.

With a shaking hand she peeled back the bandages..stiches held the angry wound together dry blood caked along the outside. "Please...not again..i'll do anything" she begged

Licking the wound he marveled the flavor of the dry blood surrounding it, "Just think about it. I did that to you in a matter of seconds. What could I do to you in one hour?" he cackled.

Tears pricked at her eyes as she tried to pull from his grasp "please let me go..please"

Shaking his head his hands held her arms behind her back, and as a man passed by he kissed her neck. He quickly disappeared, and he frowned. People around that place didn't meddle in others' business however, they'd intervene if they saw Malphas beating her to death. Biting her wound he ripped the crust out, "Scream," he grinned.

The pain shot through her and a scream ripped from her lips "Malphas dont dont please dont" she begged

"Hmm your little shrieks give me pleasure," he wrapped her legs around his waist, forcing her to feel his length growing beneath his trousers, and not allowing her anyway of escaping. Sucking on her wound his teeth grazing her meat, his nails dug into her wrists, "Come on, beg me to stop it," he growled into her ear.

She screamed louder struggling against him she could feel his erection and it frightened her "no no no no" she cried "please let me go..please!"

Grinding her, he chuckled, "Do you think they care? I could do it right here. Throw you to the floor and have at it. No one would care. They'd laugh at your frightened face as I filled you up," he told her, and on the inside was truly laughing at how pathetic the girl was. Rubbing his chest against hers, his lips went up and were inches away from her lips, "You...are...insignificant," and with that he suddenly let her fall to the floor. "Pick up the books," he growled the order at her.

She fell in a crumpled heap, his words had cut through her terrifying her. Silently she wished she could run to Ricardo but why should she involve him? With shaking hands she picked the books up one by one and put them back in there places.

Taking one book seemingly about the dark ages out of her hand, he looked over it and nodded. Taking out his dagger after she finished placing the rest of the books in place he placed an arm around her waist, pulling her to him, holding the dagger pointed at her back, the book now being on his back pocket. "So are you gonna start to respect me more, or am I gonna have to do something to make you respect me?" he asked cutting the back of her shirt.

Finding a small serving of her gryffindor courage she said quietly "I wont respect a monster"

Hurling her to the floor, he growled and then went around the corner of the shelf. No one but the man behind the counter, whom was sleeping. Going around the other corner of the shelf, he saw a man, picking a book, but Malphas quickly slit his throat, hushing him afterwards. Walking back to her, he closed the entrance by pulling one of the shelves in front of it, "Are you sure?" he asked her with a smirk.

Moving to the farthest corner of the trap she now cowered in she watched with wide eyes as Malphas killed a innocent man, standing her small height was nothing compared to how tall he was for his age nor how strong but she threw a book at him "He was innocent!" she howled throwing another book she kicked him in the balls. Hard.

Mal groaned, through gritted teeth, and stumbled back. Looking at the owner of the store still sleeping, he growled. If she disliked seeing innocents die, she'd totally 'love' this. Hurling his dagger, it sunk into the man's head, between his eyes. Cackling, rage taking over the pain, Malphas came back to his feet, now holding his wand up, "Let's try again shall we?" he asked, the groan hidden behind the snarl.

She raised her wand with a shaking hand "Dont come near me" she whispered

"Relashio," he growled and a jet of fiery red sparks exited the tip of his wand going towards Chase.

Grabbing a book she threw it at the sparks and it burst into flames, panicing with a wave of her wand she sent books flying at him chaoticilly.
