"Do you still hate me?" she asked him as she held tight onto him as if scared he will just leave her alone again, now that Bill was gone and there was no one else to bother her.

"I've never hated you," he told her honestly, rocking her so she'd understand he wasn't gonna leave.

"I am sorry for being such a disappointment," she whispered. She felt like she wasn't worth anyone right now. Because all she did was to disappoint people she cared about.

"You're not a disappointment," he assured her. Although he had gotten quite...irritated because of her relationship with the bastard he most hated, Mal couldn't blame her for wanting to settle down with someone.

"Will you ever forgive me for being in love with a wrong guy?" she asked him sadly. She was a wrong girl after all, who else should she have than a wrong guy? She never deserved better.

"Yeah..." he answered her. Eventually he'd have true revenge on Decibel, he'd slit his throat then rip his head off and feed it to Kina, so he could forgive Misha. However until he was dead nothing would be the same.
