Prince and Lupin Wedding Reception (All Invited)

The throngs of those in attendance at the ceremony waited patiently for the Bride and Groom in the reception location. When Sirius arrived, signalling that Morgan and Remus were right behind him, the Minister amplified her voice and announced, "I am happy to introduce the new happy couple, Remus and Morgan Lupin."

"Here we go," Remus said to his bride with a wink as he pushed the door to the hall open. Allowing Morgan to enter first, he followed her, and they were met with a thunderous applause as well as several cheers and whistles. Taking Remus' hand, Morgan walked with him to the dance floor.

The Minister, spoke once again, "Now, for the Bride and Groom's first dance..."

Remus gently placed a hand on Morgan's waist, and took her hand in the other, while Morgan placed one hand on his shoulder and grabbed his hand with her free hand. Looking down at her, he smiled, love for his new wife burning bright in his grey eyes. "I love you, Morgan Lupin," he said to her as the music began. "And, I love you, Remus Lupin," Morgan cooed to him, her grey blue eyes shining bright, reflecting all the feelings her petite frame held.

As Remus began to lead her in their first dance as husband and wife, the lights dimmed and lights began to twinkle giving the illusion of gently falling snow drifting down around them. As the music filled the hall, Remus swept Morgan around the floor in an elegant waltz complete with spins and twirls. When the song drew to a close, he dipped her. Holding her tight, Remus kissed her deeply. Standing her up, without breaking the kiss, he cupped her face in his hands. Morgan rested her hands against his chest, and when the kiss ended, she rested her forehead against his and smiled happily.

The lights lifted and the crowd around them applauded. Remus lead Morgan from the floor, opening it up for everyone else to dance if they wished. When they reached the edge of the floor, Morgan turned to Remus and wrapped her arms around her husband, kissing his cheek happily. Remus held his wife tightly, kissing and nuzzling her cheek. Letting each other go, the happy couple readied themselves for greeting their guests...
