Family Meeting (Morana)

The warm wind blew down the alley way as Marvolo glanced at her twin, they had received an owl from persons unknown telling them to meet them in knockturn alley.

Turning a corner they were in a deserted alley, wand out she turned glancing around then smirked "I can see you in the shadows you know, my sister does it all the time. We who sit in shadows live for them"

The figure pointed its wand at the mouth of the alley and cast a silencing charm then stepped out into the dim light "I should assume better...from my neices" he drawled.

The handsome man looked them over and Marvolo nodded slowly "Uncle Tom" she said with a level tone, addressing Tom Riddle there uncle and leader of the death eaters.

Morana walked silently next to her sister and smirked as she heard her speak. She had a suspicion it would be him, since the letter itself was highly suspicious. She was curious what their uncle wanted from them so she looked at him darkly, waiting for the man to speak.

"Still didn't learn proper manners, Morana?" he looked at his niece with snake smile on his face. Sometimes, even he wondered what is hidden in mind of this girl. Except for powers he was very aware of.

Morana only smiled with that typical cold way and let the wand slip out from her sleeve. Of course she knew proper manners. She always did. Gaunts were all the same after all. Having their wands out so others could see them was probably the most respectful thing they could do. Or at least Morana saw it this way.

"Why did you call us here?" Marvolo said ignoring all pleasantries.

"I'm sure you've heard rumors" he drawled pacing closer to them, appraising them it seemed.

"Of course we did" she said coldly her emotionless face matching Morana's.

"I wish to take you into the fold my girls...i wish you to be..death eaters" he hissed his eyes racking over them with a posessive glare he knew there power and they could be good tools to use in his war.

"You want us to be your servants? Your followers? Your tools?" asked Morana coldly. She didn't feel much respect for her uncle. Not enough to stay quiet. Besides, she was very aware of the fact that with abilities she and Marvolo had, they had right to ask something like this. And also, that their uncle won't be going against them. They were too strong and special. And as the biggest paradox, right now under protection of naive old Dumbledore.

"So?" she looked at him after few long seconds of quiet.

"Like my daughters" he purred "I can turn you into weapons that no one could rival you would be bothe beautiful and terrible and livid with power"

Morana looked at her uncle coldly. This wasn't warm family meeting and they all knew it. "I think I could accept that," she said without single emotion. "What about you, sister?" she asked Marvolo without even looking at her. Her eyes were still on her uncle. Fact that he actually met them meant only one thing. War is close, very close. This thought made Morana smile. It was that kind of twisted insane smile, which made all kids in orpahange run away and hide in their rooms. It was lust for justice, this girl felt like a fire burning inside her.
