Change in the Weather (Bruce)

Willow left Gwen's home her heart heavier then when she had arrived, apparating to Godric's hallow she walked down the rows of snow covered headstones and knelt in front of stephen's grave his name freshly added. "My love" she said softly touching the letters that made up his name. A choked sob racked her small frame and the tears came painfully and unwanted, she wished she could go back and tell him to stay not to go but no he was Stephen avery he would have never listened.

Bruce stood close to Stephan's grave, but not close enough for Willow to see him. Over the stone, the name 'Stephan Richard Avery' had been hand carved by his sister, along with the date of his birth and death. An inch down, the following text was written, 'Loved dearly by his family and friends," and under it, another carving had been done. That one, by Bruce himself, 'We lost a good man.' Approaching Willow, he set a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "He would've wanted you to hold your tears and stand strong," Bruce said, placing on his face a kind smile, although he wanted to do nothing but punch a wall down, and go after the Shadows.

She swallowed her sobs best she could "I'm a politician" she stated not surprised to find Bruce here "I hold my tears my emotions in public, i never held back with him. " she touched his hand with a grim smile "i'm glad your all alive.." she shook her head "we don't need all the children to be fatherless"

"Rowan'll grow up with memories...and she's gonna know her father died with honor," Bruce said, stating that as if Stephan had saved millions of people, while in fact, he had saved just one man. Although that man was very important to others, Stephan had close to no connection to Black himself, "Stephan helped us win that battle. His death fueled our rage. And we killed every last one of them. The man he saved, avenged him seconds later. But I'll only be done with my revenge when I take Marcus Shadow," he said, muttering a growl afterwards.
