We Come Here to Pray (Sirius)

Unknowingly, a smile came to his lips. Sirius finally was starting to feel like he was in on everything. He knew what was going on with Kronos. He was in on everything the order was planning. Bruce let out small hints of what the death eaters were doing. And now, Marvolo told him something he already knew. He felt powerful. "I already know," he whispered, "I know why he did it. I know he's not sorry. But I still forgave him.I forgave him for one reason only..."

A look of concern crossed her features as she looked at him "Why is that?"

"Because," he started, standing up, and looking into Marvolo's deep, beautiful eyes, "He's taking care of you...", he sighed.

Her eyes widened and somewhere part of her realized he could still surprise her "Sirius.." she wrapped her pale arms around him hugging him tightly, her heart ached so badly she loved bruce and she loved sirius..her soul yearned for him even now.

"I'm sorry he hurt her.." she said softly "death eaters are complicated but you know that"

Sirius rested his head on Marvolo's shoulder, and sighed heavily once she apologized, "Don't apologize..." he said honestly, laying a small kiss on her neck, before he pulled out of the hug with a smile, "I understand...and I don't mind. As long as Bruce never touches Mira again..." he said, a bit more seriously.

She nodded and smiled at him "She'll be safe i'll make sure that my love is....civil at best" a whimper made her turn to look at her son as he began to cry and reach outh to her. With a smile she picked him up and bounced him on her hip to sooth him "Shh moma's here little love" she said kissing his head "we best be off, bruce and I are taking this one to see some family and you have graduation to rehearse for" she said

"Yeah," Sirius said quietly, "Graduation..." he sighed tiredly, but smirked. Next year, he wouldn't have to worry about school, he could focus on Order affairs, and patching things up with Mira. In fact, getting out of Hogwarts was gonna be just perfect. Sirius had just about had it with that school anyway.

Diving his hands back into his pockets, he blew a kiss at Marvolo and winked, "Don't get lost on the way," he joked, before turning on his heel, and walking away.
