Vengeance is a Bitch (Sirius)

Marvolo walked into the room, it was the same as the day she died, the picture of them was on the bedside, the posters on the wall. A wave of nostalgia hit her but...she didn't feel the need to care.

Sitting on his bed she twisted her engagement ring on her finger and waited.

Sirius, James and Peter got up to the common room in a frenzy. Peter was still in his robes, as James and Sirius were in their quidditch training attire. Sleeveless shirt, trousers. And a lot of sweat. James nearly fell on the floor, as they burst through the door of the common room. "You two idiots!" Peter spat, with a smile. "It's James's fault, not mine!" Sirius's chuckled, as he pushed James onto the sofa. "No one's around? Jesus, the hell is everyone?" James asked, waving his wand around. "Dinner time dumbass. We got here late. As fuck." Sirius continued, as Peter nodded. "Ah yes. Haha, I'm gonna take a bath at the prefect's bathroom. I am filthy. You two tagging along?" James asked. "I didn't sweat, but sure!" Peter nodded again, as Sirius shook his head. "Nah, I'm gonna go rest a bit. I'll catch you two and Remus later!" Sirius said, as James got up. Peter waved, as he and James exited the common room. Sirius extended his arms, yawning, opening the door of his dorm. He closed it, and sighed. He threw his dagger backwards, not caring where it fell. It was still sheathed after all. He turned back to go to his trunk, as he noticed a woman sitting in his bed. "Okay...usually, I'd be happy there's a woman in my bed. But for now, why don't you get your ass up, and leave!" He spat, coldly.

"Hey lover" Marvolo purred. her wand was in her hand and within seconds the three boys were pinned to the wall, James and Peter were unconcious and marvolo was on her feet she held up her hand touching his face "miss me?"

"so you did forget me" she said a hint of heart break in her voice "though who would have thought your fiancé could mean so little to you"

The glamour making her look older faded with a flick of her wrist, now she was just marvolo the same person he saw a month prior, covered in tattoos and scars and skinny enough to cut with her bones but she was Marvolo.

"I'm not dead anymore Sirius"

She cast the leggilmens spell and instead of reading his mind she let him into hers,


Marvolo's eyes snapped open she was in total darkness. she touched the edges of her cage and realized "no no no no!" she was in a coffin, in panic she began kicking at it trying to break it "Sirius!" she screamed "Morana! help me!" she screamed until breathing became difficult, kicking more and more the wood began to splinter, she kicked until it broke and dirt cascaded inward.

She screamed again and felt dirt in her lungs, slowly she dug her way up, though she felt like she was being crushed until she finally emerged blinking into the sunlight.

Crawling from the grave she laid on the ground panting and throwing up blood and dirt, her eyes fell on the gravestone and she screamed.

Sirius's eyes widened, as he looked with rage at...Marvolo? No. It wasn't her. It couldn't be her. "Just because I've been studying occlumency, doesn't mean I'm the best. You could've....That ring isn't yours!" Sirius spat, with a louder and angrier tone.

"REGULUS" she roared "REGULUS JAMES BLACK THAT IS THE NAME OF OUR SON" she pulled back her fist and punched him "Fuck this..you forgot me a long time ago...when you went and kissed my best friend in the room of requirement, yes I saw you, you traitor. Was my body cold before you decided to fuck her? Oh poor sirius" she mocked "Marvolo is dead he's all alone, bullshit you had morgan in bed before I could roll in my grave"

"I saw that" she smirked "real sweet" she used her wand and summoned his dagger the same she stabbed herself with she unsheathed it and licked it "I also remember when you did this" she said before plunging it into his gut and twisting the blade.

Sirius groaned, looking down. "I...remember I wasn't myself when I did that." Sirius looked up, with an enraged face. "So much watching..." He suddenly coughed blood. "and yet, you haven't found out who made me kill our son!" Sirius then remembered his earlier prediction. "Still....this isn't you. It's just another stupid dream. Like the one with your wolf." He said, as Marvolo's wolf necklace hanged from his neck. He put his hands around the dagger, but didn't pull it. Not yet.

She leaned in her hand on the dagger pressing it even harder into his stomach she kissed him on the mouth the way she did "remember me?"

Sirius groaned again, but let his eyes shut, as Marvolo kissed him. "I...you're...her..." Sirius said, sighing another groan of pain.

She ripped the dagger from his gut, and walked around the room, she licked his blood off of the dagger "No shit"

With her back to him she almost gave in "So just like that...you throw me away..." she turned and walked up to her she had angry tears in her eyes but she held them back and unzipped her vest "I died with your name on my heart" she put his hand on the gruesome scar that was his name "i don't want anyone...just you"

Sirius couldn't fight it. Not anymore. He still loved Marvolo deeply. But if she was back...he didn't know what to do. He felt his wound, and remained silent, looking at the scar. "Throw you away?..." Sirius said, quite displeased, "You died. Without saying a word to me. You left me. You threw me away. I still love you...but I don't think it's enough. Since it wasn't enough the last time."

Her expression was softening and she cursed this boy for being her weakness "You don't know what was wrong with me...I...i thougt..."

"I already apologized for hurting you. Over and over. I told I had enough of hurting you, and was never gonna do it again..and then..."  Sirius continued. "I had a lot going through my head too. Thinking how I killed my own son. Think I wasn't depressed? Think I didn't want to end it? But I had you..."

She bit her lip as he spoke holding back tears, how to make him understand "You aren't hearing me" she said her voice cracking "I feel...i feel like I was born with a broken heart, I am always depressed I always wish..I always wish for it all to end and when something bad happens it gets worse...we had just lost our son..and"

she looked away blinking away the tears so she may speak "and I ran into potter....he...he told me...you two were going to find Mira...he told me she was the only girl you ever loved...and you were delusional with loss...you never loved me...he..he said you had fixed things with him and you were going to leave to find her....and when you did" she wrapped her arms around her self "..when you did you'd make me your enemy and leave me for good"

Sirius heard everything Marvolo said  loud and clear. He understood James was sure Mira would rip Sirius from any other girl, but he didn't have to say it. At least to Marvolo. But he didn't really knew her state, so he could forgive his friend. "You let others get inside your head. If I did that, I'd no longer be with you. Mira's dead. Or if not, I hope she is. You're back now...I'll stay with you always."

She opened her mouth to contradict him to explain then froze "w..what?"
