Damion looked around quickly before he used his wand to unlock the door of a Muggle house. He'd seen them leave a few hours before, but he'd had to bide his time until it was night time before he could go into action. Now that it was time, he quietly opened the door, walked in, then closed the door behind him. Wasting no time, he loped into the living room and made his way to the shelf above the fireplace, where there were several pictures of the family on prominent display.

"Fools." he muttered, shattering the glass on each of the pictures before walking upstairs and into the master bedroom and looking round quickly. Spotting what could only be a jewelry box, he hurried over and grabbed as many bracelets, necklaces, and other items of value from it. He moved quickly and efficiently, mentally congratulating himself on his expertise at stealing. Twenty minutes later, he carefully made his way out of the Muggle House and out into the street again, his stash of jewels well-hidden in his clothes.

As always, he was on his guard while walking the streets. One could never be too careful, especially at night, and especially in the area of town he usually frequented. He knew the places most favored by those like himself, the various hiding places in alleys and behind various buildings. Taking a right into a nearby alley, he found one of his friends waiting for him and smiled. It had been another successful night, and they both knew it.
