Albus had been away for a good while discussing with the ministry why Hogwarts needed him and that, for what seemed like the thousanth time, why he cannot become the minister of magic. smiling, he took long yet graceful strides towards his beloved Fawkes. "there there now. don't you look absolutely glorious today?" albus said stroking the phoenix softly. in his long absence, letters from all over the country appeared on his desk. so, sting to work, he sat down, put on his specticals, and started to read the post.

Dellen strode silently through the castle gardens her barefeet sinking into the warming earth with each step, she raised her eyes to the sun as she caught sight of a red phoenix making an aerial loop then gliding into one of the towers.

A smile raised the sides of her lips as she knew that it could only mean Headmaster had returned. Turning she ran into the castle and using her vampiric speed to her benefit she was at the stair to the office within seconds finally she pushed open the door with a broad smile "Look who's came home" she said with a small laugh. "Welcome back"

Albu looked up from one of the neumerous invitations to some unneccisary ministry gathering. and ith a warm smile he greeted his visitor. " ah miss Lestrange. I trust you have been well?" he asked getly placing the letter down onto the suface of the desk

"Albus, just call me Dellen" she said with a chuckle to her younger counter part (I'll explain how she's older when u text me back dammit) "So what called you away this time?" she walked over to one of the chairs and folded her legs underneath her as she sat down.

"Well you see, the ministry has been trying to et me tobecome the minister for years, and i had to spend a good week explaining to the current minister why I can't be their successor." Albus said daintilly, eyes glinting in the bright candlelight.

(i know she's older im doing the formal dumbledore thing and talking all formal and ill text when im in the same room as my phone for once im on a desk top)

"Willow is already planning to die?" she said with a smirk as she reached out to stroke Fawkes' feathers "Why wont you take the job anyway"

"the ministry always do what they call 'planning ahead'.And furthermore, I am forever loyal to Hogwarts." Albus said in a matter of fact tone. "I can't just get up and leave now can I? It is my solemn duty to watch over this glorious school and make sure each student gets an extordinary experience and education."
