Mio chuckled and deepened the kiss with Junis. She tasted sweet and of some sort of fruity tea and her scent filled his nose in the most pleasant way. When they broke apart for air, he brushed his lips over her neck up to her ear. "Very nice..." he murmered against it and kissed her cheek. They were still standing in the middle of the path, but at this time of day it was rather unlikely that anyone would interrupt them here.

Junis moved her hands around Mio's neck and pulled herself even closer towards the Gryffindor to feel his body against hers. She smiled into the kiss and ran a hand through his long messy hair when he leaned down towards her neck. "I think for our first try we're not doing too bad, are we?" she commented, her voice warm with laughter. Ever the Ravenclaw, she wanted to keep exploring this new situation and started to kiss Mio's cheek and nose and chin before focusing her attenion back on his warm lips.

"Hey with the intelligence of a Ravenclaw and the daring of a Gryffindor how could we go wrong?" Mio asked her and chuckled warmly, kissing her back. She felt good against him and now he really could understand why Ian and David had found themselves a girlfriend already in their first year. Not that he wanted to end up with someone like Sydney, but having someone just for him, a girl who wasn't sister or friend, was surely something to wish for.

Junis laughed joyfully at his comment and snuck her arms around his waist, leaning her head on his shoulder. She sighed, feeling very comfortable with the younger Gryffindor. "I think we work quite well together." Junis said, though she wasn't talking about their potions assignment. She cuddled up to him, trying to soak up the boy's warmth and smiled contently.

Mio nodded and put his arms around the Ravenclaw when he felt her shiver in the cool evening air. The sun had gone down by now and he could just barely see Junis' pale face, but he also did not want to break the moment. Still, he knew that they would have to get inside. It was full moon afterall and he rather did not want to run into a werewolf out here. Mio kissed Junis once more before finally pulling back. "We have to get back." he said quietly. "As much as I would love to keep kissing you, it is dangerous out here."

Junis sighed in disappointement though she knew that Mio was right and they had to get back to the castle. She enjoyed their last kissed and then nodded at the Gryffindor. "You're right. But the year ist still new right?" she added with a wink and started to walk again.
It took them way too little time to reach the castle where they would have to part ways again and Junis really didn’t feel like that at the moment. She’d much rather spend some more time with the Gryffindor beside her. Junis tried to find a way to prolong their interaction, but could not think of anything. “Thank you for helping me gather the ingredients, Mio.” She finally said and leaned up to give him a soft kiss on the cheek. “I hope we will repeat something like today again. See you in class.” She waved over her shoulder and climbed up the stairs towards the Ravenclaw tower.

Mio chuckled and nodded at her. "Yes of course, and I won't let you get off that easy with only one day of ... practice." he said, smirking at Junis. He followed her to the castle, walking her back to the Ravenclaw tower before saying his goodbye. "Don't mention it. It was a team work, right? See you, beautiful!" Mio winked at her and waited till Junis had walked back into her common room. Just then did he stroll back to his own dormitory.
