Avoiding you (Decibel)

Misha sat by the fire, reading one of her books, just like always. She has been extremely quiet around her housemates and actually everyone past few weeks, ever since her and Bill kissed at the Black Lake. She even avoided Dec, since she didn't want him to find out she has been visiting Bill regulary past his week at the hospital wing and even made notes from the classes for him to catch up, because she felt guilty over so many things that surrounded the oldest Weasley. Everything seemed so complicated now and she first wanted to clear her head before clearing things up with her boyfriend.

Decibel walked down the stairs to the common room smiling he saw his misha where she usually sat. Leaning over the couch he growled lightly in her ear "you've been avoiding me"

Misha closed her eyes feeling him close to her and the love for him in her heart warming her up. "I needed some time for myself," she replied and admitted she really was avoiding him. She closed her book and put it on the table in front of her.

Walking around the couch he looked at her "Does the love of my life have time for me then?"

"Of course," she gave him one tired smile and gently kissed him on his lips.

Sitting down beisde her he pulled her into his arms. He stroked her hair as they fell silent for a few moments "I know you've been seeing weasley behind my back" he rumbled.

Misha's instincts imidiately led her to defense. "I didn't... I was just checking if he was okay, that's all," she said, trying to explain herself, she bit her lip, knowing this was poor argument. Specialy for Dec.

"Don't lie to me misha" he said softly

"I'm not lying. Besides, somebody had to make sure first thing he does after he wakes up, isn't going to Dumbledore and tell him who did this to him," she added, now much more valid reason why visiting Bill so often.

"you care about him" he said

"No, I don't!" Misha almost shouted imidiately, maybe a little too fast. Definitely a little too fast for it to be believable.

"you do" he said even softer "i can tell when you lie"

"I love you, Dec," Misha reminded him and herself as well. "Who else I care about matters not," she added.

"You love him"

"No, I don't," Misha said, much calmer now. She loved Bill. Yes. But she loved Dec more. And her love for Bill was so well hidden, she probably managed to hide it even from herself. Her love for Bill Weasley was locked behind the forbidden door of her mind and heart.

"Shh" he said running a hand through her hair "i know you do. probably not as much as you love me.."

sitting up he sighed heavilly putting his head in his hands.

"Dec," Misha whispered, incapable of saying anything else, her heart full of fear what will happen now.

"I'm losing you and I barely had a chance to have you as my own" he whispered

"You are not losing me, Dec. I am still only yours," she assured him.

Running a hand through his hair he looked at her "I cant stop you from seeing people..i just wish you wouldnt.." he shrugged his eyes reflecting his fear and pain "i know you plan to leave me soon your distance proves it."

"Dec, I am not planning to leave you," Misha told him honestly. "I never even thought of it," she added sad he would think of her this way. "I love you! More than anyone! Why don't you believe me?" she asked him.
