"Yes, I'm sure! She's a little minx, isn't she...."

Emery looked around herself quickly to see what she could see. She smiled when she spotted a small pool of muddy water to her left. The pool was surrounded by small brambles and branches and only a couple of feet in front of those were a small grouping of rocks. She looked back at her pursuers and then at the scene to her left and smiled even wider. Quietly, Emery crept back the way she came so she would be on the opposite end of the pool, book-ending the boys between herself and it.

"Looking for me?" she said sharply, as she stepped out from her cover of trees. She drew her black and white wand and pointed it at the boys as they took a step or two towards her. "I wouldn't do that if I was you...." she said taking a step towards them. Just as she expected, they stepped back. She grinned impishly as she guessed correctly: they could be driven. She continued taking a step here and there, driving them back towards the pool.

"You little freak! We aren't afraid of you!" the bigger boy said.

"Really? You're not?" she said in an innocent voice before smiling. Emery then jumped forward suddenly causing the boys to both lurch back. Emery watched as their feet stumbled over the grouping of rocks making them fall through the bramble bushes and into the muddy water. She crossed her arms in front of herself and cocked her hip and she stared them down. "Right. Big brave stupid boys. Guess what, you were just outwitted by a freak, as you put it," she said turning on her heel and heading back through the trees, all the while giggling to herself as she listened to the two of them complaining to each other about who caused who to fall and whose fault it was that she was walking away as if nothing happened.
