Ginny walked over to the Black Lake, wondering if she should go for a quick swim. It was quite hot today, which made her come to the Lake. She took of her shoes and dipped her toes in, feeling the coldness of the Lake.

Elisabetta made her way down to the lake, having spotted a first-year Hufflepuff dipping her toes into the lake. She took her wand out, but, having had another idea.

"Ohhh, an itty bitty firstie!" she crooned, going over and shoving the other girl ever so slightly. "You must know those two I locked in the third-floor broom closet--I think their names are Justin and Sarah. It was fun. You should have heard them scream for help."

She grinned malevolently. "So what are you doing? Going for a swim? Sounds like fun. Hope you have your life preserver so you don't drown."

Ginny heard someones voice and turned around, finding her herself with a 3rd year Slytherin. She felt herself get nervous and angry. She suddenly felt shoved and slipped a bit. She glared at the Slytherin. "I don't know them, and i don't think I need a life preserver. Though you might." She said. She noticed that the Slytherin had her wand out, so Ginny quickly put er hand to her pocket.

"Such nerve." Elisabetta replied. "Hey, I'm a snake...I swim rather well, if I do say so myself." She looked up at the sky. "Oh, look...it's going to rain. I wonder if badgers drown?" she murmured, hearing something rustling over to her left. She ignored it, keeping her eye on the other girl. "You should know those two. From what I hear tell, someone finally found them and took them to the hospital wing because they were blubbering like crazy. I told them no to tell anyone I did it or I'd do something much worse. I think they took me seriously."

Ginny muttered. "But, you aren't a water snake." She looked up, noticing the clouds. She looked at the girl. "You, shouldn't even be doing that to first years." She stated. She wondered if this girl would do something horrible to her. Hopefully, not she thought.

Ginny looked up and saw Angel. "Hi Angel." She said. She was happy that Angel was here. She looked at the Slytherin girl. She looked back at the water, being a bit nervous.

"Hmmm..." Elisabetta murmured, turning round and seeing a boy up near the door of the castle--a boy she happened to fancy, though she would not admit it out loud to anyone. "I wonder...but no." She turned her back toward the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. "Do either one of you know who that is?" she queried, feigning innocence and ignorance.

Elisabetta turned back to the other girls. "Hmm. What to do, what to do?" she murmured, looking at them, then back at the boy, then back at them again. "Blast it, I can't do much with him around, can I? Unless...no. I better not." She took out her wand, and, suddenly spotting the giant squid making its way to the edge of the water, poked one of its tentacles gently and smiling when the tentacle was pulled quickly into the water.

"Well, when all else fails, harass the squid." she stated casually, taking off her own shoes and socks and poking the squid with her bared right foot.

Ginny looked at the girl, poking the squid. "Are you crazy?" She said, "The squid could eat in one bite." She took her feet out of the water, and looked at the squid. She noticed the squid was looking quite angry.

"Maybe he'd like some company." Elisabetta said casually, forgetting about the boy and shoving Ginny into the water beside the squid. She laughed at the sopping Hufflepuff. "The house elves are going to have a time with those clothes." she taunted, dancing around a little and waiting for Ginny to get out of the water.

"Furnunculus!" she shouted. Then, a second later: "Densaugeo!"

Elisabetta grinned maliciously as she kept her wand trained on Ginny. "I could go on if you'd like. It makes no difference to me; I like doing this."

Ginny looked at the girl, when she said company. Suddenly she was shoved into the water. She shivered. It was cold, and with the rain clouds coming, it was colder. She heard the girl laugh. SHe swam to the shore and got up. Shivering, and sopping wet. She sighed, today wasn't going to be the best day of her life. Glaring at the girl, she decided to ask. "So who was that guy you were so interested in? Your crush?" She asked, while shivering.
She saw the spells coming toward her. She remembered her spell book and managed to dodge Furnunculus. She didn't recognize the other spell, but managed to step away from it just in time. She reached for her wand, and pointed it at the girl. She hardly knew spells, but hopefully the other girl wouldn't know that.

"Oh, looky, looky! I have someone else to fight!" Elisabetta crowed, dancing a little jig even as she pointed her wand at the Ravenclaw. "Hmm...what to do with you? Let me see...Merlin, I don't think I've ever been outnumbered before; this is a new situation for me. No matter, no matter." She pointed her wand at a rock that was inches away from the Ravenclaw, blasting it in pieces with a quick "Reducto!".

"Just a little surprise tactic." she said sweetly, then aimed her wand at Ginny again, this time sending a Conjunctivitis curse her way. "Wheeeee!"

Ginny looked at Angel, taking out her wand. Not really noticing the other girl, she didnt realize a curse was going to hit her. As soon as it hit, she put her hands to her eyes.

Elisabetta smiled, then laughed and clapped her hands as the Conjunctivitis curse hit Ginny squarely in the face. "I got another one! I got another one! When I'm good, I'm good...and Merlin, am I good!"

She danced another gleeful jig, then squealed as a roach landed on her shoulder. "Eww! Eww, go away! Reducto!" she exclaimed, as the insect exploded on her uniform. "Oh, nice...not on my sweater!"

Elisabetta saw the first spell coming her way and managed to block it; however, she didn't see the birds coming from the Ravenclaw's spell until it was too late. She yelled out of frustration, trying to swipe them from her hair and everywhere else they were attacking. Finally managing to get her wand out after a couple of moments, she pointed it at the flock of birds and yelled "Immobilus!"

Stepping out from the frozen birds, she narrowed her eyes at the Ravenclaw. "Birds? How charming." she commented, brushing her hair out of her face. "Not surprising, considering the House you're in, though. What's next? Attacking badgers?"

Ginny opened her eyes for a second, to see the girl. Memorizing were she was, she shot a curse at her. "Mucus ad Nauseam!" she said. She had heard it caused a strong cold, and if this girl ignored it, she'd collapse in a few minutes.

"Wait!" Elisabetta yelled. "This is ridiculous. Why are we even fighting? Why am I even fighting?" she muttered, looking at her wand. "I'm tired of this. After that bloody Howler...no. I'm sick of it all. Mum and Dad--never mind." she interrupted herself. "Just leave it. I know who deserves to be cursed, and it isn't either one of you. I'm fighting the wrong people."

"Have you ever heard of James Potter and Sirius Black?" Elisabetta asked. "They're two of the biggest prats this school's ever seen; apparently they don't have lives, so they go around harassing one of my fellow Slytherins. That's who I need to focus on. But..." she sighed. "Oh, it's my dratted parents. They'll kill me if I go against what they tell me to do."

Angel shrugged at Elisabetta's comment about her parents," If I were you, I would just screw the whole wand thing and punch them in the face. Who the hell cares if they disown you," Angel suggested," But then again, I haven't really had any experience with parents,'
