What Are Siblings For? (Lexi, PG-13)
The light from the sun streamed into the corridor from the many massive windows that lined the walls. Even for winter, the atmosphere was rather warm, and a brilliant blue sky with bright sunshine simply lighting up everything it touched. The grounds seemed to sparkle with its own kind of magic as the sun and gentle breeze moved over the blanket of snow that covered everything in sight.
Sitting in the sill of one such window overlooking said sight, Stefan held the book he had been reading in his lap, taking a moment to just enjoy the view. It was odd, really, being at Hogwarts this year. The tournament was interesting and the school was...enjoyable...in its own way, but it just wasn't the same. But, it was worth coming. Change of pace was often good for a person. Getting lost in his thoughts, Stefan simply took some time to enjoy the view...

Lexi missed spending time with her brothers, not ilke she didn't do that everyday but still. Personal time, Their time. As she wandered through the odd castle that she couldn't to leave due to how overcrowded it was on her new vampiric senses. She was gaining control, enough of it to be able to spend time with people and not want to drink every ounce of their blood...apart from the small part in her mind, screaming at her. Catching a glimpse of the outside, her lip curved up at the beauty of it before returning to its usual blank look. Now with her daylight ring, she didn't have to worry about the sun but she still didn't take enough time to enjoy the pleasures of the view. Sniffing the air, she furrowed her brow as her brother, Stefan's scent and breathed deeply, pulling over an invisible cloud of normalacy around her and sped up her pace to find him.
Catching the sight of a shadow on the floor in the form of someone with a book, the scent became strong to Lexi and she rushed forward, pouncing on her brother, pulling back her vampire speed and strength with large amounts of effort. ''Stef!" She quipped, sitting down herself but resting her feet against Stefan's thigh, like she used to. A reasurrance that he'd always be there, Lexi always had to have contact with either of her brothers wherever they were. "What are you doing out here alone? How'd you manage that anyway? This place is so crowded..'' She almost hissed, tucking her hair behind her ear before moving back as one of her waves annoyed her by curling up over her cheek.

Stefan was deeply lost in his thoughts when he was nearly body-checked by a familiar form. Dropping his book, he wrapped his arms around the girl that could only be one person, Lexi, as she called him by the name that only she was permitted to call him by. "Well, well, well... Found me! Can't hide from you for long," he mused as she settled herself next to him in the window. Pulling out his wand, he flicked it, causing his fallen book to return to his hand. Tucking the black wooded wand inside his uniformed shirt pocket and placing the book in his lap, he lightly crossed his arms and grinned at his sister. "I was reading. Happened to find this little hole in the wall away from everyone and figured it would be nice to just take some time to read," he teased, "What about you? Out and about, tackling unsuspecting people... What are you up to, Lex?"
