Please note, that due to the fact we needed deputy headmistress for Hogwarts much sooner, than Minerva was taken, Minerva McGonagall is NOT deputy headmistress of Hogwarts. Also subject she usually teach is taken, so you will be given another subject to teach. Both because we don't want to interfere into current things and take positions away from those, who has been here much longer. Not to mention it could possibly ruin certain plots.
