New friends? (Jasmin Carney)

Crimson was working out by the lake doing a face pace of 50 push ups and then switching to sit ups and a few suicides between each set he was working up a good sweat. Stopping he sat on a small bolder taking his towel and whipping the sweat off of his face and chest he picked up his leather water skin and drank deeply.

"Somebody's an overachiever," Jasmin mimicked easily, stepping lazily from behind a tree. There was a hint of kindness in those endless, muddled hazel eyes. Something more to her edge.

Crimson looked over his shoulder with a smirk. "The only overachiever here is you, I couldn't her you tell you got to the tree. That is a very hard thing to do moving with out me hearing you." He said standing up to face the girl and reaching for his shirt.

A daintily arched brow quirked at his statement. Jasmin leaned heavily against the tree in a motion that defined languorous.

"Thank you. 'm Jasmin," She said in a blunt, easy tone, overcome with a hidden exhaustion.

Crimson pulled on his shirt on. "I am Crimson, well met." He said and as he spoke he started to pick up his gear and strap it all back on, he didn't like the school robes they were stuffy and constrictive in his rangers gear he could move more freely and with ease. "What brings you to the lake." He asked as he finished strapping on his soft leather boots. Standing up he started to walk over to Jasmin his feet never making a sound as he moved.

"I let my feet lead me, rather than my brain. Nice... geddup." Jasmin offered pleasantly, fingers curling into her swaying mound of pony tail that flopped behind her head.

"If you let your feet lead you will live a wonderfully free life but a short one, lead with your mind and you live a long and normal life. So I lead with my heart it uses both the knowledge of my feet and the freedom of my feet." HE said as she moved to the tree. "Thank you, the school robes are not my.... style." He said stopping on the other side of the tree.

Jasmin offered a small hand, long, porcelain fingers outstretched. "Mhmm." She said mindlessly, unaccustomed to philosophy.

Crimson took the lady's hand and gave a deep bow.

Jasmin's brows knitted together in confusion, a wrinkle of over-thought curling between skin. Her hand felt small and dainty in his.

"It is nice to meet you." Crimson said standing strait. "And what might I ask would you like to talk about."

"Anything. Nothing." She hummed pleasantly, releasing his hand with a flourish. "How old are you?" An innocent question.
