Hogwarts Opening Feast 19778 (All Students and Staff)

Briana took her mother's hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. She was happy to be at Hogwarts again, and with a classroom of her own. She dished up her plate with a few items and poured her goblet full of water. Looking around the hall, she smiled at all the faces she saw from the end of last year as well as the new additions for this year.

"It's nice to be back...." she commented to herself, but also to Dellen, as she took a long drink.

Dellen smiled at her beautiful daughter, eatting her own meal she said "I'm so proud of you darling...i truly am"

Briana looked at her mother, her blue eyes bright. "Thanks. It means, a lots. I just hope I don't let you down," she said with a wink and taking a bite of a dinner roll.

Dellen shook her head "Darling there is no way you possibly could"

Mira walked into the great hall, back in her gryffindor robes it felt like a century since she stared at the same grand castle that was hogwarts. Holding her head high she walked down to her place at gryffindor's table ignoring the prying eyes of others, she nodded to a wave from the slytherin table and recognized marvolo. She smiled at her sister who sat at the high table and then slid into her seat between Remus and Sirius.

Jocelyn walked into the great hall, she actually wanted to stay home, she had been begging Hades and Thane to keep her home but they were not to argue about it. Jocelyn was sad, she wasn't ready to go to school. She slid down at the slytherin table after sending Cian an owl about how she missed him and what he had done further more in his holiday. Her brother left her alone when they reached Hogwarts so she was on her own again. She looked around the great hall and noticed new professors.

Briana smiled and nodded at Mira as she walked into the Great Halls and sat with her fellow Gryffindors, in between Sirius and Remus. Briana just beamed with happiness to have her back.

Morgan made her way into the Great Hall. The events from the previous weekend were still sinking in, so she took a little extra time dropping her things off in her room. After putting a few things away and digging out her journal, she went to the Great Hall for opening feast. Morgan spotted Remus and the boys, along with the one she believed to be Mira. Giving them all a wave and a small smile, she took her usual place at the Ravenclaw table.

Sirius conversed with the boys, James and Peter sitting opposite to him and Remus, as Mira arrived. Peter as always dug in, eating as much as he could. James however had been up to something. Sirius could see it miles away. But he wasn't gonna bother his brother with questions. As soon as Mira sat down, Sirius didn't care whom was watching. He pulled her to him and kissed her. "Welcome back..." He said, with a small chuckle.

Kiara sat at Hufflepuff table looking around for Aria at the Ravenclaw table, she wanted to give her something. Something she still owed her friend from the year before, it was a broom and a good one this time. She had saved her allowance over the holidays and managed to order a newer model broom for her friend.

Kiara grinned when an Owl brought a large parcel over to Ravenclaw table and dropped it by her third year friend. She couldn't wait for this year to start.

Luna sits at the far end of the hufflepuff table, not willing to converse but people spoke to her anyway. She nods at them as they speak and she looks around for any familiar faces. She see's her friends and picks up her goblet of water, sipping it as the coolness trickles down her throat. She clicks her hidden blade into a pattern and smiles at the comfort of it. Tick, tick, tick ran through her ears and she felt her body relax.
