Re: Test of Strength or Proof of Idiocy
Rodolphus was quick and saw the movements of her wand but she was just as fast missing him by centimeters Rodolphus dived to the ground landing on his shoulder hard but his wand was out and ready he aimed it at the Gryffindor. "Verdemillius." He muttered as the air rushed out of him from the impact on the ground.

Andromeda's eyes widened at the sudden spellcasting. Oh, crap! she thought to herself as she removed her wand from the safety of her shirt. Andromeda waved her wand at the water quickly and whispered, "Aguaministro." Within seconds, a long stream of water was rising from the water and being directed by the point of her wand. After a deep sigh, Andromeda flourished her wand in the direction of the space between the Gryffindor and Rodolphus. As the stream of water sped between them in the matter of seconds, it started to draw more of the lake's water. Andromeda released the concentration of her wand and brandished it at the water before her. "Glacius!" she bellowed and the water froze in an efficient manner to form a thick ice wall that lay between the Gryffindor and Rodolphus. "It's not worth it."

Re: Test of Strength or Proof of Idiocy
Alex got to his feet but staggered as the sparks hit him. Quickly, he raised his wand, pointing it at the arrogant twat and barked, "Aguamenti maxima..." it was a spell that used back home whenever they needed to quickly shower off the sea water before going to dinner, but maxima was used during fires on boats and such... He had heard his mother comment one night on how the spell was like a fire hose, in both the amount of water and pressure... He never knew if it was true, but he'd find out today.
Much to his annoyance, the ice wall prevented the water from breaking through.

"Reducto." Rodolphus said blasting the ice wall and then in a fury he sent on spell after another to the Gryffindor. "Lacarnum Inflamarae, Bombarda, Diffindo." He yelled as he moved to better ground.

"Confundus!" Elisabetta yelled, wand pointed straight at Marvolo. "Oh, I haven't done this in a while...ugh..." She dived on the ground as another curse came at her from somewhere; a moment later, she was up again and had her wand pointed at someone else--she couldn't tell who at the moment, but she didn't care. She sent the Conjunctivits curse at whoever it was, then looked for something that she could hide behind.

"Oh look! Look, look!" Elisabetta laughed, seeing someone else join in. "I don't fight honorably, keep that in mind. Furnunculus!" she shouted, pointing her wand at Thoren. She cackled mischievously for another moment, then was suddenly distracted by another mouse running across her path. "Eww! Oh disgusting! Ugh! Mice! I hate you, I hate you--Reducto!" came her shriek. Her spell missed the animal at first, but after the second try, the mouse was blasted apart.
"I swear, if another mouse comes across my path--!" she yelled, not paying attention to someone who was pointing their wand at her.

" Smooth Domenici, picking on something smaller than you. Don't think you can handle an actual wizard, do ya?," Angel smirked at the Slytherin girl.

Andromeda was deciding what her next move was going to be when she was blind-sighted by a spell sent by 'Betsy'. As she toppled backwards into the lake, Andromeda emitted an ear-splitting shriek from the mutation that could be felt going on in her eyes. She scrambled to get out of the water and once she was on land, starting screaming again. Her eyes were extremely swollen to the point where she could not even open them. "Who did this?!" she bellowed across the lake, "I'm going to kill you! My eyes!" Out of distress, Andromeda took her wand and elegantly guided it around herself. This spell was the only thing that could help her situation. "Acuo Sensorio!" she yelled to her wand and it immediately charmed upon her body. The supersensory charm helped immensely as Andromeda tried to zone in on who could have done this. She finally located Betsy after she screamed about mice and brutally murdered one. Andromeda flicked her wand at the water to repeat her earlier spell. "Aguaministro Maxima," she said with an overbearing confidence in her voice. Andromeda blindly directed the stream of water around in a circle of her body and then a sudden charge at Betsy's vicinity. "Aqua Eructo!" she added as her wand was pointed at her opponent. The gust of water grew tremendously into a large wave and headed for Betsy.

Thoren knew he was no match when it came to magic with the girl so he waited when she raised her hand and sent her spell flying to him. Then he made his move smoothly sliding under her spell and shot of after the girl sword and wand in hand.

He had dodged most of the spells, even though he had no idea how. But he was moving around Marvolo, watching her back and hoping she was doing the same. He also aimed his wand at Betts and barked, "Verdimillios!" and launched the sparks right at her, while moving to dodge whatever else the arrogant twat was going to throw at him.
