Sparks Fly (Sirius, Marvolo)

Marvolo turned to leave the room, glancing at her brother and sister and smiled, they got there happily ever after so easily. She thought before pushing open the door, shooting a glare at Sirius she crooked her finger beckoning he follow.

Crossing the hall into a empty room across the hall she turned her arms crossed over her chest and waited.

Sirius waved goodbye to his brother, whom still needed some goddamn rest. He was tough, but Sirius was gonna make him rest if he didn't comply. Exiting the room, he followed Marvolo into the empty room, and with a frown questioned her, "Yes?"

The door slammed shut behind him and she scowled at him hotly "now then why do you take it upon yourself to speak of me to bruce? to go out of your way to see him and tell bruce i didnt kill felix, to your liking that is"

"Why?" he asked, furrowing a 'brow, "Maybe because he questioned me about it. Maybe you don't know, but the first thing I spoke to him about wasn't you. He simply wanted to know everything, and I mentioned you decided against killing the one that tried to hurt his child. That's why, 'cause he wished to know."

"Its not your place to tell him those things" she said running a hand through her hair "its mine, and for your information Felix is poisoned he'll be dead soon."

"So you didn't have the guts to kill him right there and then?" he asked, narrowing his eyes, "Bruce was right to be disappointed...even I'm able to kill in situations like the one you're in...me, Sirius Black..."

"My pregnant best friend begged me to spare him" she said "you'd spare someone if luna begged you regardless of what they did, you know if they saved Luna's life you'd let them go"

"No. I would not. If they dared to touch my fucking child? I wouldn't think twice. I wouldn't care if my best friend who was pregnant was asking...begging me not to kill him. I would've done it. Happily. With a grin across my face," he explained, emotion void from his face. The worse part was that all that Sirius said was true. In Marvolo's place, he would've killed Felix. Without hesitation.

"Thats rich coming from you" she said coldy "given your the one who killed my last child and yet here you live and breathe. I guess you and bruce are right, i am weak."

Crossing the room she slammed him against the wall "Good to see you can laugh at killing your own son" she hissed

Sirius felt nothing but wind hit him as he was slammed against the wall. Pushing Marvolo off with one hand he let out another demented like smirk. "Remember what Rabastan said Sirius..." he muttered, before turning to leave.

She grabbed his hand this time with less violence "what did Rabastian say to you" she said her voice cracking "whats going on"

"Nothing. As always, I'm the culprit. I'm the one who does all the bullshit. I'm the one that out of the blue would stab the woman I've loved the most. I'm the one that with no reason would kill my child..." he spat, tightly holding her hand, "If you still believe I did it, I don't know why I even speak to you..."

Her shoulders sagged as if she was being crushed under each word and she shook her head "no...no..i don't beleive you did it sirius.." she said softly raising her free hand to his face "you would have been a amazing father...and the perfect husband, your not the culprit love, your the victim"

"Hmph, you don't believe what you just said. Not with how many times you've thrown in my face the fact I murdered my son. Not with how many times you've used it to your advantage. I don't believe you really think I'm not the one to blame..." he said, slapping away her hand.

"it took...a long time to come to terms with it" she said "but...you never wanted to harm me...you loved me...you didn't know i was pregnant.....i brought it up because of what you said. I'm sorry"

Forgetting the world around them, and everything that had unfolded until that moment, Sirius pulled her to him, both hands gripping her arms tightly, and crushed her lips with his.

Her body stiffened and she felt like electricity was running down her arms. She kissed him back but then pushed back, tears in her eyes. She shook her head and stepped back "i can't quit you" she said "i'm still in love with you, but i'm in love with bruce..."

Sirius felt as if half of his heart was being ripped out when Marvolo stepped back. He quickly took a step forward afterwards, "Marvolo," he said, holding her face in his hands "I'm in love with Mira...but by the gods, I love you..." he said, gazing into her eyes.

"Why couldn't we have made it work" she said her voice hollow and broken "we should be married right now, doing what normal couples do...instead..both our siblings would kill us should they know we were even in a room alone"

"Our son died. We had so many fights. And although I absolutely love you...you're better of with Bruce. He at least got you a son that he didn't kill..." Sirius sighed, dropping his arms and letting them go numb.

She hugged him tightly her arms wrapping around him "your better off with mira, she's good for you, she's not bad like i am she can give you a life and a family..she can stand by your side in this war.." she pulled back and looked at him her heart breaking "I want to be with you..to be your wife...mother of your children...but...in the end it was never you pushing us apart it was me, no matter what you did it wasn't as bad as who i am"

Placing a finger on her lips, he shook his head, "I met up with Rabastan accidentally some time ago. After some drinks we ended up discussing what happened between us. Eventually, he got suspicious. Venturing into my mind, he discovered a curse placed upon me. He got rid of it, finally, and he also found out the curse was transferred into me because of a ring given to me...on christmas..." he let it all out, and felt relieved she finally knew he wasn't to blame.

She blinked a few times taking it all in "So..so thats why..are you okay? he got it lal?"
